SHIPPING POLICY
Postage and packaging is included to UK addresses. For overseas shipping please get in touch for a quote. All pieces are packaged to a high professional standard. We aim to post within 1 - 3 working days (international shipping will take longer) by Royal Mail tracked 24 or 48
Customers will be notified when their parcel is on its way and emailed tracking details.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund minus shipping costs. Simply contact us within 7 days of your orders arrival by emailing theclayden@hotmail.co.uk or using the chat bubble. The refund will be made when the work has been returned undamaged, so please package well as refunds cannot be given if the piece returned is damaged.
